Today's Consumption:
6 squares dark choc
3 Weetabix+milk+Golden Syrup
1 rack pork ribs
Burger+Baked Beans+1 slice buttered bread
3 Cherry Bakewells
A day where consumption was determined by "social eating". The Ribs were meant to be eaten with Son, but with "Lad's Time" cancelled, I ate them to use them up. The evening meal is one of Missus' favourites and her last before her surgery, so I joined her in it.
An an unusual day in that I ate to please others, and not one that will define the overall success of the experiment. Nevertheless the Tummy Scale kept in range.
