Day 17 Saturday 6.4.2013

Today's Consumption:
6 squares dark choc
1 Feasters Quarterpound Cheeseburger
1 Cherry Bakewell
2 slices Angel Cake
1 handful peanuts
1 packet crisps

A Feasters Quarterpounder might not be the healthiest food, but eat it properly and it keeps you going all day! The tummy scale did not drop below 6 until afternoon break, and after the burger, it went back up to 6 for another 5 hours or so. Evening munchies arrived very late, and when it did I felt I could "afford" it!
