(210lbs): loss this week = 0lbs, Overall = 7lbs
Oh dear, no change! On the positive side, at least I have not gone backwards. It must also be taken into account that it's been a very atypical week, so it's not time to write off the experiment. With things more like normality coming up in the next week, it will be a fairer test.
Today's consumption:
6 squares dark choc
1 rack pork ribs
2 slices buttered bread
2 scoops ice cream
1 can of beer
1 portion roast chicken
2 choc biscuits
A day in which I just didn't get round to breakfast and the Tummy Scale plummeted to 1 by lunch. The Scale then barely got to 6 all day, but it's better than feeling overfull.
