Today's Consumption:
6 squares dark choc
1 roast chicken sandwich
1 cherry bakewell
2 Penguin bars
1 Feasters Quarterpounder
2 handfuls peanuts
1 choc biscuit
2 slices Angel Cake
It's very rare I get late night munchies, but I got seriously munchy just before bedtime for some odd reason! That's why the peanuts and biscuits are there! I still kept to the rules though, and at no point in the day felt bloated - the consumption is evenly spread from waking to sleeping.
