Today's Consumption:
4 squares Dark Choc
6 squares White Choc
2 slices buttered toast
Quarterpounder+fried egg+chips
2 Fondant Fancies
1 Buttered Crumpet
2 handfuls peanuts
This feels quite a lot in hindsight, most of it "band-dodging" stuff that slips down easily. Nevertheless, I kept to the rules - there are no restrictions to what I eat when, only that I focus on the tummy scale and respond accordingly. Sundays are inevitably going to be "easier-going", but next weigh-in will show if I "got away with it".
